📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations.,Maintain accurate records and reports of operational activities.,Support the operations manager in planning and organizing workflows.,Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures.,Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the operations team.,Assist in the management of inventory and supplies.,Support the operations team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
