📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing outlet operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Support the sales team in achieving daily targets.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.,Support the team in training and development activities.,Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer applications and office tools.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
