You will work closely with project managers and construction teams to monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and optimize financial performance. With your expertise in SAP or Oracle construction modules, you will maintain robust financial systems and processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the management of Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement project costing methodologies, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee financial consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to monitor project budgets and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain and optimize financial systems and processes using SAP or Oracle construction modules.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage financial reporting and analysis, including monthly and quarterly financial reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance management, with a focus on construction or similar industries.
• Proven expertise in Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting, project costing, and financial consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or Oracle construction modules.
• Certification in financial management or project costing is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
