PT Restu Elang is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. This is an immediate opening for a dedicated professional who can manage and coordinate our fleet operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to ensuring the safety and timely delivery of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring they are within budget.,Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the fleet, including adherence to traffic laws and company policies.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide support and guidance to drivers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that insurance policies are up-to-date.,Work closely with the procurement team to source and negotiate for vehicle purchases and leases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
