In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Binjai region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products through various channels, such as face-to-face meetings, presentations, and digital marketing.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.,Provide product information and training to healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding and utilization of our products.,Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs to drive company revenue growth.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.,Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively promote and sell products.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
