📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and meetings between Indonesian and Mandarin speakers.
• Facilitate communication between Indonesian and Chinese business partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our international communication strategy.
• Represent PT. Hey Cool Industri Indonesia at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Provide cultural training and support to our team to enhance their understanding of Chinese business practices.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our international communication efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Maintain and update our company's Mandarin language resources and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK Level 6 or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international communication, translation, or interpretation.
• Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and translation software such as Trados or MemoQ.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
