As an Operations Specialist at Maximos Global Logistik, you'll spend your days working with a variety of tools and software, including SAP, Oracle, and other industry-standard logistics systems. You'll need to be familiar with international shipping regulations and procedures, as well as domestic logistics in Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage ocean and domestic freight shipments, from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs clearance forms.
• Monitor and track shipments using logistics software like SAP and Oracle.
• Collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in ocean and domestic freight logistics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new operational procedures and systems.
• Provide regular reports on shipment status, delays, and other operational metrics.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in ocean and domestic freight.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with logistics software like SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
