📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, logistics, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and employees.,Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans and initiatives.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of operations management principles, best practices, and industry trends.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operations management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
