📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for retail and consumer products.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement supply chain improvements.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored demand planning solutions.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.,Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning and supply chain management, with a focus on retail and consumer products.,Strong understanding of demand forecasting techniques and tools, such as statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.,Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
