GLEAM Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Assistant QC Inspector to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining high standards in our manufacturing processes. As an Assistant QC Inspector, you will play a key role in our quality control team, working closely with the QC Inspector to maintain and improve product quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality checks on incoming materials and finished products.,Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.,Recording and reporting inspection results to the QC Inspector.,Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.,Collaborating with the production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintaining quality control records and documentation.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Assisting in training and mentoring junior staff on quality control practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.,Good knowledge of quality control principles and standards.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Basic understanding of Indonesian language and English.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.,Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
