📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update job postings on company websites and job boards.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.,Provide support to the Recruitment Manager in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Assist in the development and maintenance of employer branding initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HRIS and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
