📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as a bridge between Japanese and international colleagues, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote understanding and collaboration.
• Address and resolve labor-related issues, such as disputes, grievances, and conflicts, in a fair and impartial manner.
• Assist with the development and implementation of labor policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on labor relations trends and issues.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on labor relations best practices.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Represent American Express at labor relations events and forums.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• 3-5 years of experience in labor relations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
