📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage a team of data entry staff, ensuring that all data is accurately and efficiently entered into our systems.
• Train and mentor new staff members to ensure that they are up to date with our systems and procedures.
• Monitor data entry processes to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise with the data entry process.
• Ensure that all data is accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that all data entry needs are met.
• Keep up to date with changes in data entry technology and procedures.
• Ensure that all staff members are following company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Staff or similar role.
• Strong background in data entry and a passion for accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
