As a Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier, you will be responsible for managing sales transactions, assisting customers, and leading a team of cashiers to ensure smooth operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs.,Lead and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.,Handle cash and other forms of payment securely and efficiently.,Promote products and services to customers to increase sales.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or cashier role.,Experience in leading and managing a team is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling and financial transactions.,Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a must.,A valid ID card and work permit for Bali are required.
