As the Lead Staff Kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen activities, managing a team of kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food and beverage services meet our high standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Manage and train a team of kitchen staff to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement kitchen schedules and workflows.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Ensure all food and beverage services meet customer expectations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food and beverage services.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Lead Staff Kitchen or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures.,Experience with inventory management and procurement.
