Apotek Intan Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy and ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained,Process customer orders and transactions accurately,Assist in the preparation and organization of medical supplies and equipment,Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment,Assist in the management of patient records and medical information,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Assist in the organization of events and promotions,Participate in training and development programs for staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment,Proficient in using computer software and basic office equipment,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 lbs
