📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Conduct quality control tests and inspections on a regular basis.,Document and report any quality issues or defects.,Work with production teams to identify and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control procedures and documentation.,Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management system is a plus.
