📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check guests in and out, and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.,Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized state.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Handle and manage mail and packages.,Assist with event planning and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk assistant is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including email and scheduling software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
