Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the events industry.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the event furniture industry.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure favorable terms for the company and clients.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company and its products.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the events or furniture industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
