📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in preparing and presenting proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.,Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads, and assist in developing sales strategies.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.,Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to support the sales team in making informed decisions.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.,Contribute to the team's success by maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the technology or service industry.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic international setting.
