📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures in the warehouse.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on operational efficiency and productivity.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and inventory control.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease and precision.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices in the warehouse environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
