📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.,Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly language.,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.,Assist in the development of training materials and user guides for our products.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a software or IT-related industry.,Strong understanding of software development processes and concepts.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
