🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Licensed Medical Social Worker (MSW) with a valid professional license in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical social work, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare system and cultural context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
