PT Cakrawala Bentala Tumbuh is looking for an Academic Leadership Mentor to join our team in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Raya. This is an exciting opportunity to guide and mentor private national schools, helping them achieve sustainable educational excellence. As an Academic Leadership Mentor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education in Jakarta by providing expert advice and support.

In this role, you will work closely with school leaders to develop and implement strategic educational plans. You will also conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance the leadership skills of school administrators. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing educational data, providing feedback, and offering solutions to improve school performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Mentor and guide school leaders in developing and implementing strategic educational plans.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance the leadership skills of school administrators.
• Analyze educational data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and deliver presentations and reports to school boards and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with educational consultants and other experts to ensure best practices are followed.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to school leaders to help them achieve their goals.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to offer expert advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of educational standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and educational databases.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
