📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive testing and validation of semiconductor devices, ensuring they meet industry standards and specifications.
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement test plans and procedures for new and existing products.
• Utilize quality assurance tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and other relevant software to manage and track test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and sales to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in quality assurance.
• Provide regular status updates and reports on test results and quality metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, semiconductor testing, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with semiconductor testing and validation processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
