📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain broadband network infrastructure, including fiber optics, DSL, and wireless broadband.
• Troubleshoot and resolve broadband service issues for clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum connectivity.
• Conduct regular network audits and performance tests to identify and address potential issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in broadband network support or a related role.
