📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Utilize a variety of teaching tools and resources, including interactive whiteboards, educational apps, and multimedia materials, to create a dynamic and immersive learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills and confidence.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and teaching strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods, educational technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve your teaching practice.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and team-building activities to support the continuous growth and improvement of the UTEC team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Strong knowledge of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with educational technologies, such as interactive whiteboards, educational apps, and multimedia software.
