📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Document IT issues and resolutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Assist with data backup and recovery processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices to ensure optimal performance of our IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
