📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive national transformation in Bangka Belitung.
• Lead and manage a team of experts to ensure the successful execution of large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with government agencies, local stakeholders, and international partners to align initiatives with national and regional development goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of transformation programs to ensure they meet established objectives.
• Identify key challenges and opportunities in the region and develop innovative solutions to address them.
• Represent PT Bangka Belitung Future Leaders in national and regional forums to advocate for the company's vision and goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as public administration, economics, or international relations.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of national and regional development priorities in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Experience working with government agencies and international organizations is a plus.
