📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best matches
• Working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements
• Providing feedback and recommendations to clients based on candidate interviews
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintaining accurate records of all candidate interactions and job placements
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment agency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, or Bullhorn
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools
• Knowledge of Indonesian job market and industry trends
