In your daily work, you'll be responsible for identifying, vetting, and securing high-profile speakers, managing speaker logistics, and ensuring alignment with event objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, vet, and secure high-profile speakers for B2B events in the APAC region.
• Manage speaker logistics, including contracts, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
• Coordinate with event teams to ensure speaker alignment with event objectives.
• Collaborate with the global team to deliver exceptional event experiences.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the B2B events sector.
• Analyze event performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts.
• Assist in the development and execution of speaker acquisition strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience in speaker acquisition and event production, preferably in the B2B sector.
• Strong understanding of the APAC market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in event management software, such as Cvent or Bizzabo.
• Certification in event management or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills in Mandarin or Japanese a significant advantage.
