📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of the group, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the group's strategic objectives.
• Manage budgets and financial planning, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial decision-making and support business growth.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a Group Financial Controller.
• Proven track record of managing complex financial operations and driving strategic financial initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and international accounting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
