You’ll work with a variety of tools, including CRM systems, property management software, and guest engagement platforms. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze guest feedback and identify areas for improvement in guest experiences.
• Recommend and implement technology solutions that enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
• Work with resort teams to integrate CRM systems, property management software, and guest engagement platforms.
• Monitor and optimize technology performance to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in hospitality technology and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to resort staff on the use of new technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technology and business goals.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for each resort, outlining short-term and long-term goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality technology or a related field.
• Proven experience with CRM systems, property management software, and guest engagement platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in hospitality technology or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of local languages a strong asset.
