• Manage and optimize the outbound logistics process, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations, with a focus on outbound planning.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Certification in logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
