In this role, you'll be working closely with local SMEs, understanding their unique needs, and helping them integrate with our payment solutions. You'll be based in Bali, with the flexibility to work from our offices in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. Your daily tasks will involve visiting merchants, conducting on-site assessments, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their business operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential SME merchants across Bali’s key business areas.
• Conduct on-site assessments to understand the unique needs and challenges of each merchant.
• Develop and present tailored solutions to help merchants integrate with Skyro's payment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME merchants to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Provide ongoing support and training to merchants to maximize the benefits of our payment solutions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of merchant partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive the growth of our merchant network.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in merchant acquisition and digital payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the fintech or digital payments industry.
• Strong understanding of the SME sector and the challenges they face.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with digital payment solutions and fintech platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
