📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system (HubSpot).
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Monitor customer satisfaction scores and provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Stay updated with company policies and procedures to deliver consistent and compliant service.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve service processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot).
• Customer service certification (e.g., Certified Customer Service Professional) is a plus.
