📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist with patient admissions and discharges, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Coordinate patient care plans, working closely with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
- Assist with patient education, helping them understand their medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist with medication administration, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of medications.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patient care role, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Valid nursing license or certification in Indonesia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
