📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivables using SAP and Excel.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure prompt payment and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and reminders to ensure all invoices are paid on time.
• Prepare and analyze reports to monitor the performance of the accounts receivable department.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
