📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pangkal Pinang branch, ensuring all activities run efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to drive growth and improve performance.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with the company's overall business objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.
• Lead and participate in process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and operational process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant operational management certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
