📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement data quality frameworks and processes using tools like Talend, Informatica, or similar ETL platforms.
• Develop and maintain data quality rules and standards to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive data quality reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data quality.
• Provide training and support to team members on data quality best practices.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure data quality across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data quality engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience with data quality tools and frameworks such as Talend, Informatica, or similar ETL platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
